JoEllen DeNicola is passionate about helping people reconnect with the source of their food through understanding nutrition in the kitchen and the garden. She teaches nutrition and backyard gardening classes JoEllen has a Bachelors degree in Natural Resource Management and Communications from the U of M’s School of Natural Resources and received certification in Polarity Therapy and Nutrition Education. She also has 25 years of organic gardening experience. JoEllen is a certified Permaculture Design Consultant.
