Field Trip: Indian Valley Campus Organic Farm Tour

   Head to Novato with Sustainable Fairfax, and visit College of Marin’s Indian Valley Campus where the new 5.9-acre certified organic demonstration farm and garden are located. This site will be instrumental in creating the next generation of green industry professionals, fostering countywide agriculture literacy and environmental sustainability. The farm is estimated to serve 2,000-3,000 college students, middle and high school youth, agriculture and horticultural professionals and community residents each year through its many and varied educational offerings, community projects and public demonstration gardens.
